Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2: Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper; set aside.
Step 3: Whisk eggs and Dijon mustard together in a shallow bowl. Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken cutlets into egg mixture, letting excess drip off. Dredge with almond flour mixture, then set on a plate.
Step 4: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cutlets and cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip over and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside and the juices are running clear, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Step 5: Place chicken cutlets on a baking sheet. Top with ham slices and cover with Swiss cheese.
Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven until cheese has melted, 4 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

put under oven grill to melt and crisp the cheese.
This recipe calls for a LOT of breading and eggs compared to what was needed (perhaps I needed to pound those breasts out thinner). I will go back to my old recipes for the breading. Aside from that, putting a slice of ham and some shredded cheese on top was a simple and tasty way to dress up the chicken.
easy and very tasty! My husband liked it and we will make this again.
This was yummy, I have made it a couple of times now. I did add a little extra to the seasonings of the flour dredge, some smoked paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper, just to our taste. I will make this again and again. My family loved it! Thanks for a great recipe!
Made as written, used lunch meat ham and grated jack cheese. Easy and tasty .... but it is very FRIED and just isn't as "healthy" as I wanted.
Nice and quick recipe for a weeknight dinner. Definitely easier than rolling the chicken. The family loved the flavor.
Swiss cheese is a sub-par choice, breading was good but fairly standard/common.
Delicious! Family loved this and I will be making this again!
I didn't have avocado oil so I used olive oil. So easy to make and OMG loved it!!
