Delish! Added 3/4 cup of pecans, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and extra loving care!
It was very easy to make. I had all of the ingredients on hand with 2 ripe bananas ready to go. I also used chocolate chips - no walnuts in the pantry!
Fun and easy to do with the kids. We added a Hershey kiss to the top of each when they first came out so they're banana chocolate kiss cookies ? a fantastic addition we thought.
I didn't have baking soda, so I used baking powder.I also used brown sugar and added some cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg. They were amazing!
Absolutely delicious! My children and entire family loved them! They are basically a banana bread cookie and the best ??
Awesome!!!! Im gonna print this out and share with my community.
Its a great recipe, I just added almond flavor to mine.
Good starter recipe for muffin top cookies. A good use for blackening bananas too. I added blueberries. I had to sub some yellow cake mix because I was running low on flour but I just adjusted the sugar. Mine took 15 min in convection mode at 325
I loved this recipe. It was easy to make and the only adjustment I made was to add a bit of vanilla some cinnamon and increase the oven temperature to 350°, since I am in a high altitude. I love that it does not have too much sugar in it and they really taste delicious.
