absolutely delicious and perfect for university. i started off doing a minute at a time until it became fluffy
quick and easy
Followed step by step and was left with spageti looking eggs and it tastes raw, do not try this just use oven or gristle and it ruined my entire breakfast so now instead of an amazing bagel I'm going eat cereal.
I used 2 eggs, 1 tbls milk, salt and pepper. Mixed well, put in microwave covered, cook 5 seconds, sirred, 5 seconds, stirred then 5 seconds...cooked. not as fluffy as I would like, next time cut last cook to 2 seconds
Great recipe!Since I tried it I have made it the last 4 days! There's less cleanup (no dirty pan, you eat from the bowl you made the food in)1t took me 15 minutes to from start to dining! Thanks for this recipe!
I made it ,Great time saver.EggbBurrito with chorizo(pre-cooked earlier) cheese.and pico on the side.
You absolutely need the butter, as someone else points out. Likewise full cream milk is best. I also like some pepper. But I find microwaving scrambled eggs much easier than using a stove and non-stick pan. I allow myself three large free range eggs, possibly because I don’t want toast with them.
fast, easy & deliously fuffy
Pretty good! This is perfect if you're in a situation where there's no real kitchen, and is a great recipe for college students. Due to the constant stirring, they didn't have a rubbery texture like most microwave eggs. These are delicious with some cheese and little bits of ham. Bacon would probably be just as good! However, they were not as good as I wanted them to be. While fluffy, they remained a bit soggy even when I put them in the microwave for longer. I would recommend adding slightly less milk than the amount in the recipe, or microwaving it longer. This was fun to try, but I think I'll stick to scrambling in a pan. 6/10
