Prep is very easy, ingredients on-hand. I baked this until cooked through. It fell off/flaked off with the penetration of fork. Will undoubtably use again. I may broil for the finally minutes next time. Sides were grilled corn on the cob, and stir fried green beans with sliced almonds finished with apricot jam. A winning combination based on response. Every pan and plate were empty!
