Step 2: Place chicken thighs in a baking dish; season both sides with garlic powder and onion flakes.

Bone in skin on thighs take longer to cook, boneless would probably be fine for this amount of time at given temp. Chicken 101
Great recipe if you like have raw chicken…just salt, pepper, poultry seasoning….350 for 1 hour for all chicken parts ( thighs, breast and drums) it’s not rocket science. It’s my 45 year old recipe
I used johnr's cooking instructions and it turned out delicious.
Baked at 425 for 45 minutes on foil-lined cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Sprayed each thigh with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chile powder. Skin was crispy and meat was moist and flavorful. Delish!
I made this tonight using garlic and onion powder, paprika, tumeric, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Baked at 375 for 40 mjnutes. Used a meat thermometer a d temp was between 195 and 175 because they were not all the same size.
Need to add liquid to the pan of some sort-spraying the pan with Pam wasn't enough to keep it from sticking
I used onion powder instead of flakes. I did not measure the garlic or onion powder, I just sprinkled some on the chicken thighs. It cooked well in 35 minutes.
I used salt and pepper and paprika, cook @ 450 for 45 minutes
It took more than 30 minutes to reach temp of 165, but they were delicious!
