Way too much sugar
1 -28 23 oh this is my go to Cole slaw . Perfect by itself but would so good on on a fish taco.
I am happy to have found this recipe though I didn´t care for it the first time I made it, because of the mayo. Changed it to: 16 oz bag of coleslaw, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 red onion (or more), 1/3 cup lime juice, 2 or more tablespoons sweet chili sauce, 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, a slosh of olive oil, tiny slosh of rice wine vinegar and salt/pepper to taste. I don´t miss the added sugar at all especially since there is sugar in the sweet chili sauce. You can play around with the proportions, but I find this very light and flavorful.
lime and vinegar tastes superb
very easy. I used fresh green and purple cabbage and carrots for the extra crunch. I adjusted lime to cilantro ratio for tast. made this with a pulled pork, definitely a game winner and will be a staple in my cooking.
This is excellent!! I added grated carrots. Good by itself or in fish tacos, or on anything!!! We love it at our house.
Love this. Always get compliments and people ask me for the recipe all the time! I just use a bag of cut cabbage slaw, but otherwise follow the recipe.
Alright. The mayonnaise overwhelmed the cilantro and lime.
