Easy and fast and came out perfectly. I doubled the recipe because I use a huge soup mug and microwaved it for 2 min and 30 sec. Wow!
If you wait to blend the egg in until the rest is mixed and completely cooled, No Eggy Flavor!Also, substituting some to all of the almond flour with pecan flour (depending on texture preference), and some of the salt for a bit of brown sugar(or substitute)…Wowza! It reminiscent of Outback’s dark loaf served with that big old knife & butter! So filling, so eat more slowly than I did :)
I’ve made this twice now. I do like the taste and I don’t mind the engines at all but I just find it quite dry, even toasted with butter in. Might have to play about with it to improve the texture.
A bit too salty. 90 seconds is perfect in the micro. I sliced in four and toasted it toaster and they came out nice and crisp.

I cannot believe this is so quick and easy! And delicious! I'm not one to use a microwave so I will experiment with the instapot! And I love how creative everyone is. I will be trying different herbs and spices in the future. Oh grilled cheese, how I have missed you!!! It's good to be able to make a single serving of bread for the occasional indulgence:)
Made this for grilled cheese sandwich...omited the yolk so there was no "eggy" taste, but too dry. Next time I will do an egg white and a half. Will definitely make it more often
