Very yummy. I did use celery seed instead of cilantro because that is what I had.
I tried this for the first time a few days ago and I think it's the best Cole Slaw recipes I have ever tasted. I found it was best the second day.

Followed the recipe as written, just made double. This was a huge hit with all the guys at my husband’s plant. Excellent as the slaw served on top of a pulled pork sandwich. The pineapple balances the cabbage and the vinegary dressing. I am picky about slaw, and I really liked this one too!
