Ingredients For Breaded Air Fryer Pork Chops Recipes
Instructions: Breaded Air Fryer Pork Chops Recipes
Step 1: Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2: Place pork chops on a plate and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
Step 3: Pulse croutons in a small food processor until fine; transfer to a shallow dish. Lightly beat eggs in a separate shallow dish. Working one at a time, dip pork chops into beaten egg, letting excess drip off; press into crouton breading to coat both sides and place breaded chop, unstacked, onto a plate. Repeat with remaining chops. Mist chops with cooking spray.
Step 4: Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may have to do two batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Step 5: Cook in the preheated air fryer for 5 minutes; flip chops and mist again with cooking spray if there are dry areas. Cook 5 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the chops should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
These turned out superb. I didn’t have croutons so I used panko and Parmesan cheese. Not dry at all. I did have to cook them about 5 minutes longer
I used bone-in pork chops and panko bread crumbs and it came out great! ?
This came out Perfect! I placed Chops between paper towels for 15 mins. (Room temp.) and patted dry. Followed directions and inserted meat thermometer. I flipped it about 1/2 way through cooking time... Crispy exterior, moist interior, very flavorful ... Perfect!!!
I make these all the time use to in the pan but wanted healthier.Thin the pork chop by using a meat tenderizing tool add your spices, I add salt & pepper & onion powder & garlic powder and smoked paprika before pounding. Pound down to about 1/2 inch then continue with the recipe. I've done it also as the recipe calls for but still used a meat Tenderizing Tool to make it about 1/2 and air fry for 4-5 minutes per side.
My husband and I both loved this recipe.
Recipe is flavorful and easy to make. Am I the only one that thinks cleaning the air fryer is a real mess. I did spray it before.
Nice easy recipe that turned out really good. I used a different seasoning and forgot to spray oil on my rack so my breading stuck :( But the chops were still really good and moist!
Tired out to be better than I expected. Great flavor although a little dry. Will definitely make again
Delicious! Moist and flavorful! Will cook this again for sure!
I made exactly as the recipe stated, with one addition...1/2 packet of dry Ranch dressing mixed in with the crushed croutons. My husband raved about these chops...moist and crisp and tasty...8 minutes per side (3/4 inch boneless chops). Thanks for this recipe!
Added montreal steak seasoning to the pork, had good flavor and crispy on the outside but a little tough.
Easy, tasty and crispy. Unfortunately, there are no specifications about the thickness of the pork chops. My center cut boneless chops were an inch thick, and they were raw after cooking for 10 minutes. I popped them into a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes and they were done, and good. My recommendation for others is to buy 1/2 thick chops.
2nd time. Yum
Very good. I’m new to using an air fryer but this recipe was easy and worked well. As others, I mixed my own dredge using whole wheat Panko, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese.
I used italian bread crumbs and penko mixed as I didn't have croutons. It was excellent.
Terrible! The pork chops were very thin but I had to cook them for double the time. I took one bite and threw all of them away.
This recipe was so easy and tasty. My husband who very rarely comments on food and is not a pork chop fan made a point of telling me it was ‘very good’ and to make it again !
No, change , they were absolutely great tasting
This is the second air fryer pork chop recipe we tried, and it was really good!
i didn't have croutons ,so I substituted plain panko bread crumbs , 1 cup parmesan cheese and garlic powder. it turned out nice and crispy and flavorful . I will make this again.
The chop turned out very tender & juicy, however I did have to cook it a little longer & will have to experiment with the seasoning to get a flavor I like.
Excellent! I used a blend of Panko & (regular) breadcrumbs in place of the croutons.
Awesome easy to make. The chops I used were very thick for I had to cook for @ 20 mins but they turned out great!
Best pork chops ever! Love the crushed croutons -- they are much better than panko. Will be making these again for sure! Thanks for sharing!
So I used boneless thick cut chops, probably about 1.5-2" thick. I also subbed pork rinds for breading. In the Emeril 360 XL, I ran at 390°F, the chops were nowhere cooked after 11 minutes, so I added another 12, internal temp was mid 150s (to my satisfaction). They were nice and juicy, and were eaten so quickly I didn't get a picture.
