Threw in baby corn and water chestnuts too. Yummy!
I love this salad. Fresh easy a real crowd pleaser. Dont add chow mein noodles until ready to serve or leave them out altogether and add more almonds for crunch. I make this regularly.
Yummy flavour of the dressing. Modified the rest
Excellent as written. Will definitely make again
Great recipe as is. The only thing I did differently was to add the dressing as we portioned the salad so that things weren't as soggy with leftovers. Otherwise great use for bok choy!
This was a big hit. Made this according to the recipe with one exception. I didn’t have any canned chow mien noodles so I used a package of won ton strips, which I added just before serving, as they are more likely to get soggy quickly. I may change up some of the seasonings on the next go round, but a very pleasant salad I served with baked fish.
this was simply delicious! I have never had bok choy, I got it in my basket and of course looked on all recipes for a win! I did use sesame oil and rice wine vinegar as suggested. I cooked up some shrimp to add on top and amazing!
Delicious! used sunflower seeds instead of almonds and chow mien noodles due to allergies. Added shredded chicken for protein and some mandarin oranges. Big hit with everyone in the family! Also did not have baby boy choy, used regular and it was wonderful!
Delicious! I’m cutting back on the sugar. I like a little more heat!
