Feedback of Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce Recipes
Super meal, gravy was superb.. Will make again
Added sliced onion with mushroom and garlic, 1/3 cup flour, beef broth and I added the 5 bone in seared pork chops to a deep dish and out in oven for 15-20 min on 350 degrees. Yum
Wonderful. Made the sauce a little cream.
Delicious! I used bone-in pork chops. I didn't have any beef broth so I used the beef concentrate that I had on hand. Worked out great!
Absolutely delicious. I reduced the sauce as I only had two pork chops. I sauteed the mushrooms till they were brown, at least 15 minutes, stirring often. My sister was looking for more.
This was amazing! I did not have enough mushrooms on hand but I still wanted to make it, so I used what I had (about half) and added a can of sliced water chestnut. It came out great! I think when I make it again I’ll add the chestnuts even if I do have enough mushrooms. They gave it a great crunch. A sprinkle of a little fresh parsley and served over brown rice, it was perfect!
I made this exactly as written. The gravy wasn’t quite as thick as I usually like mine, but it didn’t make a difference because It was delicious. Will definitely be making it again and again.
Just tried this recipe for my wife and I. Thank you for sharing. It was wonderful! I did substitute brown gravy mix and I finished it in the oven until the pork chops were up to temperature. This one's a keeper.
It was ok. Nothing great. Not very savoury or flavourful.I would not make this again.
