Usually our baked chicken comes out dry. This time I used chicken with the skin and spread the mayonnaise mix under the skin so the moisture stays on the chicken. My husband and I loved it!
Very tasty
This is my go-to recipe for dinner when I'm busy ( or, feeling lazy ). First time I made it exactly according to directions. Now I use bone-in chicken breast halves or a mix of bone-in breasts and thighs and top the freshly-shredded Parmigiano Reggiano with Panko bread crumbs mixed with a bit of EVOO. Result is crispy and juicy chicken.
Easy and delicious! A perfect Keto main dish.I added 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika to the mayo for some extra yum.
Great chicken recipe ...my favorite
I have made tis numerous times and it is always a hit. I use boneless skinless thighs (our preference only) and change nothing else. Delicious!
Easy and kid friendly. You can also use Nonfat, low fat , or full fat: sour cream, plain yogurt, or mayonnaise. Sometimes I crush up crackers and sprinkle on top before the Parmesan cheese.
Made it for dinner tonight. My men loved it. (Used dried rosemary since that's all I had, a bit strong- less next time). I also browned the leg hindquarters with skin on, then put the mayo mixture on top. Tented foil over the pan and baked as directed. Easy to make, putting this in the save box. Lots of flavor.
This makes the most moist and flavorful chicken. I use vegan mayo. Mine come out with quite a bit of juice that I put on mashed potatoes.
