Delight in the burst of vibrant flavors with our Berry Fruit Salad recipes. Begin by selecting a variety of fresh berries, such as succulent strawberries, juicy blueberries, plump raspberries, and sweet blackberries.
Enhance the natural sweetness of the berries by drizzling a touch of honey or maple syrup. The added sweetness complements the tartness of certain berries, creating a well-balanced and delectable taste.
Include sliced kiwi or mandarin oranges for a citrusy twist that adds brightness to the salad. The combination of citrus and berries provides a refreshing and zesty flavor profile.
For a creamy element, fold in Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt. The yogurt adds a velvety richness, creating a luscious texture that pairs wonderfully with the juicy berries.
Introduce a crunchy texture with chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts. The nuts contribute depth and a satisfying crunch, making the salad more fulfilling and enjoyable.
Create a simple dressing using balsamic vinegar or a splash of citrus juice for a tangy kick. The dressing enhances the overall flavor, providing a light and refreshing touch that ties all the elements together.
Gently toss the berries, citrus, yogurt, and nuts in the dressing, ensuring an even coating. Allow the salad to chill for a short time, allowing the flavors to meld and enhancing its overall refreshing quality.

Step 1: Mix strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries together in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar.
Instead of sugar, I use some Maine maple syrup about a quarter of a cup and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
I loved it. I love berries and this recipe was easy to make.
This is almost one of those 'non-recipe recipes' that everybody should have in their kitchen arsenal--where simple, straightforward ingredients come together to make a fantastic dish. I love the simplicity of this; and that it really is all about the berries. You can adjust the sugar amount depending on how sweet your berries are, and you can also use any berries you may have on hand. If you let the berries sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving, they'll be even better--as it allows them to release their juices a bit. You can also eat this with anything: serve with yogurt or whipped cream; add to your morning oatmeal; dollop some on a slice of pound cake; or just sit there and try to not eat the whole bowl in one sitting (like me). Thank you so much for sharing your recipe--this is wonderful!
I like to cut up and add a banana to the berries.
I added 1 tab. Kirch liquor and 1 Tab. Grenadine syrup. Yum
Pretty simple, I think I’ve made this recipe before without knowing it was an actual recipe. Can’t go wrong with a gigantic bowl of fresh fruit!
I'm lucky enough to live in the Pacific Northwest where we have an abundance of berries all summer. I make this all the time and sometimes mix a bit of fresh mint into the sugar. I love the mint flavor with the berries but my husband prefers his unadulterated. It's easy enough to fix both ways.
cannto wait for summer for the best berries to make this recipe with. i use splenda for the same awesome results and fewer calories. YUM!!!
