It was much better than what I expected! really recommend it!
I would suggest the poster to adjust everything in this recipe. It has potential but so many ingredients need to be altered or added. I altered a lot before baking and it came out good but if I stuck to this recipe it would've been a hot mess and tossed. No one has money or time to waste.
This recipe has potential. I liked the muffins, but the batter was thick. I would add 1/3 cup of milk to start and add 1 t. of cinnamon to the batter. Other reviews suggested ½ brown sugar and ½ granulated sugar which I think would give a better flavor to the muffin. I also would double the topping.
Loved these - even my non muffin eating husband!!Only changes added cinnamon to the batter, a splash of milk and 1/2 c walnuts.Next time I'll use cold butter for the streusel:)
These are pretty good muffins. Tastes kind of like a coffee cake in a muffin form. The topping is what makes the muffin. My whole family liked them. I got 16 muffins from this recipe.
Made these last night and they came out SO GOOD! I was worried they’d be a little dry without milk but they weren’t! My boyfriend loved them too! I did add some cinnamon to the batter itself, but other than that love it!
Made them twice, perfect both times. Made extra extra topping🙂
Excellent muffin, easy and delicious. I did add 2/3 cup milk alternating with the flour.
