½ cup water
2 tablespoons white sugar

2 cups white chocolate chips
½ cup half-and-half cream
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
½ cup white sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I love the freedom of choosing my own crust - I used Nilla wafers and omg they tasted so good. This is only my second cheesecake in the past 2 years, and I took it out of the cake pan too early so I cracked the crust a little lol. Totally my fault. Turned out great! I used 2 cups golden Oreos and 1/4 cup butter and 1 tablespoon sugar. I also used a water bath and cooked it for 60 minutes then turned the oven off and left it In for 30 more minutes. I use a crockpot liner then aluminum foil to prevent water from getting into the cheesecake whenever I use a water bath.
