Summer Radish Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish that celebrates the crispness of radishes and the flavors of the season. Begin by thinly slicing fresh radishes, choosing varieties like French breakfast or watermelon radishes for their unique colors and textures.
In a bowl, combine the radish slices with thinly sliced cucumber for a cool and hydrating element. Add cherry tomatoes, halved for a burst of sweetness, and red onion slices for a mild crunch and color contrast.
Incorporate fresh herbs such as mint or dill to enhance the salad’s aromatic profile. To add a touch of creaminess, consider including crumbled feta or goat cheese. These ingredients contribute depth and richness to the overall flavor.
Create a light and tangy dressing using extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of honey for balance. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences. The dressing should enhance the natural flavors of the vegetables without overpowering them.
Gently toss the Summer Radish Salad with the dressing, ensuring an even coating. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serve this vibrant salad as a refreshing side dish at summer gatherings, picnics, or alongside grilled proteins. Its crispness, combined with the medley of flavors, makes it a delightful addition to your summer menu. Enjoy the cool and invigorating taste of Summer Radish Salad.

I put much less olive oil, I cut the red onion into small pieces and add some lemon juice and it was perfect.
I had High hopes for this recipe.. But my hubby and I both thought it was a bit bland. Needed more salt, maybe more vinegar, more sugar.. Not sure just what but lacking in something.
Used dried Dill because that's what I have. Used a mandolin for slicing it was quicker and consistent sliced !
It was awesome. I added a juiced lemon, a little salt and extra vinegar to the dressing. Also, no sugar.
Good simple salad. I used a variety of fresh radishes from the local farm, cukes, and added a small amount of red pepper (my wife is not a fan of onion, especially raw onion) . I add some onion to my serving. No dill, so I used some basil. Very good.
Way too much oil, too much onion, not enough dill. Won’t be making it again.
Quick easy salad. Used fresh French breakfast radishes from our garden . Was a big hit with my family. Definitely will be making it again!
I loved all the ingredients that go into this salad, however before pouring the dressing on to the vegetables I tasted it and was too bland. I added Balsamic Vinegar, Asian Vinegar, a little more sugar until I got the flavor I wanted. It was so yummy with this combo of flavors!!
