I used a bit more lemon, a bit more heavy cream, about 3-4 (maybe 5 LOL!) tablespoons Pinot Grigio white wine & tossed in some fresh shrimp to boot. My g/f dislikes pan fried scallops but prepared this way using this recipe she devoured them! Highly recommend!!
