Great recipe! I was originally going to make almond flour cookies but didn’t have enough, so I found this recipe with almond and coconut flour. I’m glad it worked out this way because the texture is far superior to purely almond flour cookies. I added the rolled oats but left out the shredded coconut, and baked them in one tbsp balls. Flattened some of the balls out and I love how crispy they got. Still chewy but nice, crispy and browned. Mmm!

These cookies are healthier than normal cookies, quick and easy to make and tasted delicious! almost the same as normal cookies. I used Stevia sugar and Stevia brown sugar for a healthier alternative to normal sugar. I accidentally made mine too big so the recipe only made 14. Ill definitely be making these cookies again.
These are delicious. I cut the white flour down to 1/2 cup; otherwise followed the recipe as written, including adding the oats. I found that 10 minutes was long enough baking time. Will make again.
